Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Ordering was easy and despite being shipped from France to Scotland, the shoes were delivered in good time.

Verified reviewIt would have been five stars but... Glisshop insist you must receive the parcel in person to check that the items are not damaged. However, the goods were shipped by Parcelforce in the UK. Not only did Parcelforce not inform me of the date or time of delivery but the shipping note read "no signature required". It was lucky i was at home or Parcelforce would have left the goods on the doorstep. So, had they been damaged would Glisshop have replaced them? Good question - who knows.

We have investigated this matter with Royal Mail / Parcelforce, who confirmed that an error occurred during the handling of our deliveries. Regarding damaged items, if a parcel arrives damaged, we encourage customers to report the issue to us as soon as possible with photographs of both the packaging and the items. We then assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our after-sales policies.
