    I have generally found the service at Eurofins very good with rapid delivery but recently one of my oligos didn't meet the purity standards and had to be resynthesised. It would have been really helpful to be informed of this as I would have requested the other oligos in the order to be despatched sooner so I could commence my work. Instead, the delivery took longer than anticipated and I had to contact them to find out the situation. The team did respond quickly to my enquiries though, which was very helpful

    I ordered 12 PCR primer (20µM). 4 were delivered in the ordered concentration of 20 µM, unfortunatelly 8 of them as lyophilisate.
