Review Summary

Ekosport is often described as quick and straightforward, with a clear website, easy ordering and products that arrive as described. Customers also mention good fit for boots, helpful replies from customer service, and the feeling that buying a hard-to-find item was simple.

Several reviews point to fast dispatch, organised updates and useful delivery timing, including parcels reaching the UK without problems. People also mention strong pricing and value for money, plus clear product descriptions and a clean site layout. A few customers, though, report broken outer packaging, one missing part of an order and some difficulty finding an item in the listings.

I read really mixed reviews for ekosport so was a little worried to order but the item was what I wanted and priced really competatively. I'm happy to say i had no problems, the order was dispatached and recieved on time and i'm really happy with the product and the service. Many thanks!

Excellent customer service, guidance and product. Bought Salomon shoes from them, have been notified and guided through possible custom charges - did not apply to me! Shoes came from France within a week with tracking no etc. Would recommend them and would use them again.

I've never heard of Ekosport before, so was initially a bit skeptical. The site was easy to navigate, product description and stock easy to find. The delivery was prompt on time without a fuss.

It’s basically fraud. Buying off a UK domain website with British pounds and then pay 2x the amount of VAT as they are actually based in France and customs charges apply. Shocking. First I knew about it was an email received from the French postal service.

Had to pay import duty and handling charge. Site charges in UK GBP supposedly with tax paid but further charges made making cost way too high!

My issue with this site now, is that there are no indications in the pricing that there will be duty fees, clearance fees import VAT and just more and more fees. You can no longer comparing the pricing to other stores.. This is NOT a CO.UK store.
