Review Summary

Ekosport is often described as quick and straightforward, with a clear website, easy ordering and products that arrive as described. Customers also mention good fit for boots, helpful replies from customer service, and the feeling that buying a hard-to-find item was simple.

Several reviews point to fast dispatch, organised updates and useful delivery timing, including parcels reaching the UK without problems. People also mention strong pricing and value for money, plus clear product descriptions and a clean site layout. A few customers, though, report broken outer packaging, one missing part of an order and some difficulty finding an item in the listings.

Good range of products at competitive prices, but £15 delivery for a hat is insane so wouldn’t use this company again.

I ordered a XXL sized Navy Helly Hansen Alph 3.0 jacket based on its relatively understated appearance and extremely high quality and most importantly utilising the services of Ekosport as their price for this high end jacket was so stunningly good around 60% less than standard. I was a bit wary of the reviews associated with Ekosport some of which were concerning so this is just my experience. In short I needn’t have worried it arrived at my relatively remote address in less than seven days after purchase and although Evri were slow in updating progress it arrived in perfect condition and is indeed exactly as ordered. The discount alone made the gamble based on earlier less favourable reviews worth the risk for me. There were no nasty Customs surprises and I even got a discount code successfully added at the time of purchase to reduce the price still further. For the record I am glad I reviewed the sizing table for the jacket as I normally would choose an X-LARGE size the XXL was just right as such I haven’t had to experience the need to send the product back so I cannot comment on the related reviews for issues over returning goods. In short very satisfied and would use their services again.

Very happy with the process. Delivery only took about 4/5 days which is very good as the item shipped from abroad.

Ordered a ski wax iron which was significantly cheaper than elsewhere even once the £15 delivery fee was included. Arrived within 2 or 3 days.
