Verified reviewEcoalf coats are generally great. This coat is nice but had a defect meaning it was not at all waterproof. Customer service to understand this was not great - confusing and simple questions could not be answered.

Verified reviewI ordered a navy blue Patrick Polo Shirt but received a pair of asphalt coloured Tirón pants. I emailed the company on 14 January but have not had a response. It appears from the returns process that you expect me to pay for the delivery fee of £8 and the return fee of £4. I will wait to hear from you but none of this feels like good customer service.

Verified reviewThis is my first and will now be my last experience of shopping at Ecoalf. I have had minimal delivery updates and have since learned that FedEx allegedly delivered the items earlier than the 23/12 delivery date and I have not received any items!! I have raised a query with Ecoalf CS which will now be escalated to a complaint due to the response received!! Such terrible customer service and then receive this email to provide a review - what a joke!!
