Verified reviewThe sizing is not true to the chart. It was 10cm larger on waist than what it said on the chart for size 30.

We are aware of the return costs and continually reflect on them, but we have decided to charge for returns to avoid excessive returns and thus reduce transport and environmental impacts. Free returns are only offered if an incorrect, defective, incomplete or different item from what is published on our website has been delivered. If the size guide of a product is incorrect you need to indicate the correct motive for your return (wrong description website) and send us corresponding pictures that show the defect/error of the received article. Verified reviewWhy all did the shoes with the elasticated laces, I received the ones with normal laces. Same shoe as I ordered but wrong lace up preference. Such a shame, you could not get it right.

Verified reviewWARNING TO UK CUSTOMERS - I was charged £10.99 to return some trainers that didn't fit. There is nowhere on the website citing this cost to UK customers. The only reference made about the cost to return items is 7.99 Euros, which is the equivalent of £6.50. And I was charged £5.99 for delivery in the first place so wasn't expecting a rip-off £10.99 to return. I ended up paying almost £17 for nothing. I feel totally misled. If you live in the UK don't risk buying something from DressInn unless you are certain you won't need to return it.
