Review Summary
Daybreakhotels is often described as a practical fix for layovers, cruise days, and long waits between flights. Guests liked being able to rest, shower, and use a room for a few hours, though a few ran into dirty sheets or a toilet that would not flush.

Verified reviewI showed up with my confirmed reservation and was told that there were no rooms available. Clerk stated that they have tried to contact Daybreakhotels to black out some dates and the website was unresponsive. Apparently, i was the third reservation that day that was turned away.

Dear Customer, thank you for your review. We are currently investigating the matter. The oversight was on the hotel's end, failing to close sales in a timely manner, leading to overbooking. Rest assured, had we been informed, we would have promptly provided an alternative solution.

Verified reviewHad a great stay at Daybreak hotels, the lunch at the bar had a good variety of options. I stayed from 10 AM to 6 PM, a perfect spot for a layover for a flight later that night from MIA. It appears many of the staff did not know about the half day option, but it worked out great. Thanks

Verified reviewI almost didn’t believe this was a thing. But the moment I got to the Hotel, the process was smooth sailing. The hotel checked me in quickly. The room was perfect for a short stay while we waited for our train that evening. The room was clean and the wifi and TV worked perfectly. Would definitely use daybreak again and will definitely atay at this Hyatt House location again.
