Verified reviewI made a reservation for a hotel near LAX and when I showed up at the hotel they did not honor my reservation, even thought I had directly contacted the hotel after making the reservation at Daybreakhotels.com. So I am not sure if the zero start review would be for this website or the hotel itself but after this experience I’ll never use Daybreakhotels.com again

Verified reviewReceived confirmation from daybreak. Arrived at hotel next day and would not honor reservation. Was told they notified daybreak week ago of no vacancies. Took $90 uber for nothing. Never again

Verified reviewI booked a day room in Seattle following an Alaskan cruise. When I showed up the next day to check in, the hotel had no record of my reservation, and the "confirmation number" provided by Daybreakhotels.com was useless. There was no assistance and no recourse. I will never use this site again, and I will recommend to all my travel friends and groups that they avoid it.
