It was easy to book. There is a glitch with the calendar where it populates the day before the date I pick on the calendar. Also, it would be nice to have a cancellation time closer to the booking.

I didn't even know using a hotel room for the day was an option. Our experience was excellent. We were able to use it for 8 hours. It was nice to have a place to store our luggage, rest, and wait for our late night flight.

The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. We stayed for a few hours waiting for out late flight after our cruise and this was the perfect way to kill time. Staff was friendly and the food choices were great!

Booking was there but they did not notify the hotel to keep a room block. As a result, we received the room over an hour later than guaranteed, as the hotel was trying to clean a room ASAP
