Verified reviewGreat customer service. Any time I have a question, despite being many hours ahead, I still get a response quickly and the communication is great. They are always very polite and making sure everything is as desired. I am still having a problem using their redesigned website on Google Chrome on my laptop, but I am able to use it via Firefox just fine. I've gone through the steps to fix it and it still doesn't work. No big deal, I'm perfectly fine working around the problem to work with BuyLeatherOnline!

Verified reviewOrdered several times and had an issue with the leather quality on my last order. Initially, we had a difficult discussion but they continued to communicate with me to ensure that my satisfaction was met. Overall, they are very willing to work with the customer and do offer quality leather. Will be ordering more.

Verified reviewEven with express shipping, takes some time to arrive. Guess that is not the retailers fault. Mega

Verified reviewI'm like a kid in a candy store whenever I order from Buyleatheronline.com. They have so much variety and always exactly what I need. I buy 99% of all of my leather here because it's reasonably priced and never any hassle.

Verified reviewIt arrived in a broken state from the center. There was a single line of wrinkles throughout the leather. It's a pity that the leather itself is beautiful with no scratches or branding irons. When shipping, I want you to wrap it in a hard paper cylinder.

Verified reviewGood products. Unfortunately some Articles are dad stock items, and you cannot be sure to get them in future. In this case, I cannot plan using the leathers for future projects.

Verified reviewAs a newcomer to the world of leather crafts I have been very impressed with Buy Leather on Line. Their Web site is very informative and very easy to navigate. The service I have received has been excellent, they have tried and succeeded in completing my orders even with my sometimes cheeky requests to my absolute satisfaction and the supplied leather in superb condition. The only reason that I have not given my review 5 stars is because of the Carrier they have used to send my orders, Fedex. We always have problems with this carrier, they totally ignore any requests that you may give them regarding customer requested delivery dates and try deliver when it pleases them and if you are away from your home your delivery is them delayed. Any attempt you then try to arrange another date is thwarted by their useless Web Site with no easy contact except by telephone and then they do not answer their published telephone lines.
