Verified reviewThis was my first leather purchase from Buyingleatheronline. In short, I was displeased in how long my order took to ship. Evidently they had a couple holidays that caused the delay. I was not notified of any delay. I was concerned I would not receive my order. After reaching out in concern, customer service did assure me, the order would ship. Sure enough I received a quality piece of leather just as I ordered. I do plan to give them another chance to give me a faster processing/ shipping experience.

Hello Randy, thanks for the order and review, we apologize for the waiting, usually preparation times are 2-3 business days (with splitting service that may require 1 additional preparation time), but has said it was an holiday period and we had many orders on queue. Thanks

Verified reviewVery fast and clear communication with Sara from Customer Service, making sure I get the right leathers. Handling time before shipping was a little longer than expected, but that might be due to the need to split the leather. Took about a week instead of 2-3 days. No big deal

Verified reviewI normally do not write any reviews before I have purchased from any company at least three times but this is my second order and one of my sides just doesnt look very good. I do however like the other two sides very much.
