Verified reviewThe leather is of fairly good quality compared to my previous supplier . The delivery time and cost of import tax has put me off using this supplier again
Reply from BuyLeatherOnline – Premium Italian Leather Hides Supplier
Dear Joe, thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging the quality of the leather — we’re glad it met your expectations. Regarding delivery time and import charges, we’d like to clarify that shipments to the UK are subject to customs procedures and import taxes since Brexit. These costs are set by UK authorities and are unfortunately beyond the seller’s control. We always strive to be transparent about shipping conditions and import duties, which are indicated on our website before checkout. Unfortunately during peak periods, order preparations may also experience delays. We appreciate your order and your time in sharing this review, and we remain available should you need any clarification or assistance in the future. Thanks

Verified reviewProduct arrived quickly and in perfect condition. And after all was said and done, I'm pretty sure it was cheaper to buy and have it shipped from Italy than to buy here in the States. Incidentally, I received the same Buttero Leather, but in different colors, from the US supplier the same day. Was not pleased at all with what they shipped. They shipped two half hides instead of a full and one of the panels was almost unusable it had so many blemishes. Thank you!
