Verified reviewTheir communication was great! I ordered a specific color that only had 1 piece remaining in stock and it had 2 minor blemishes on it which, they emailed me directly to ask me if this piece was still ok and met my standards! Now, thats great service. Would recommend! Pieces look great and the dimensions were generous! Unfortunately, I got hit with a surprise FedEx charge in the US, which hurt but its not their fault.

Verified reviewI have to give 5 stars because they were so respectful and helpful when my order got caught up in US customs. The order was delayed quite a bit, along with extra charges and even after I was rude and snarky they were incredibly kind and professional. Because of their customer service I'll be using them again in the future.

Verified reviewThe pictures of the leather colors have not much in common with the reality. I puchased very nice leather in the past, but after my recent purchase I am disappointed and will probably not buy again.

Verified reviewI´m very happy that I found buyatleatheronline. The entire ordering process is very simple. Orders are processed and shipped quickly. Sometimes delivery via GLS takes a little longer, but that is due to GLS, not buyatleatheronline. I am very satisfied and will definitely shop here again.

Verified reviewThe individuals I communicated with by email were incredibly nice and helpful and shipping was fast and well protected. My issue is that hides were visibly dirty, especially a baby pink suede, 12 out of 13 hides have a strong chemical smell instead of smelling like leather, and even the 3 oz weight leathers feel incredibly thin. I’m really disappointed as I was hoping this would be a great resource for me but I’m not sure I’ll purchase again.
