Verified reviewI was a bit reticent to order from a European country, and was worried the product would take ages or have trouble through customs, but reading thw reviews, other people had good experiences, so I went ahead. It was a good saving on what I ordered and it came quicker than expected, about a week, maybe just over. So I would order again from them. Clear communication and e mails throughout.

Thank you for the answer and I sent a request for return or change for other 2 pans that do work on induction as what I bought states it works on induction but unfortunately they do not work well

Verified reviewWouldn't hesitate to use again. Communication excellent and well packed item arrived two days prior to anticipated date. It is worth remembering that this company is based in Spain so delivery may take a little longer and some instructions may be in Spanish.
