Verified reviewHonderd keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen een beschadigd product geleverd gekregen en er zit een deuk in. Product is niet leverbaar en verzoek gehad om te houden en een deeel van bedrag te retourneren. Via de telefoon moest je contact opnemen via de mail en via de mail via je account en op je account kan je geen berichten lezen. Zwaar onduidelijk en nog steeds geen reactie

Verified reviewOrder 72144480 NAVIMOW I210E Lidar EU Garage M Robotic Lawnmower (Silver/Black/Orange, One Size/EU 220V Plug) The package contained only the Garage M, without the robotic lawnmower. The package I received was the Garage M packaging as shown in the photos. According to the courier company (ACS)—and the document I requested and am attaching here—the shipment weighed 8 kg and measured 72x27x60 cm; it would have been impossible for the lawnmower to fit inside as well. I am waiting for a response. Thank you very much. Should I expect another package?
