Verified reviewVery poor costumer service and web system. Right after payment confirmation, I noticed I had made a mistake in the size of the article I ordered. Immediately reported that in the order observations, immediately sent an e-mail, and the following day, had an on-line chat reporting that same issue. Nobody cared. There is no possibility in the site to change orders. That poor service, costed me 16€ to send back the article, and until this moment hadn’t received the correct size unit I asked. Certainly will not buy from your web site, after this issue is solved. Never ever had this kind of service regarding BMW Motorrad equipments.
