Had trouble with my browser, cart not working right europe-moto was very helpful and went above and beyond to solve the problem, though it wasn't even on there end. Got very fast delivery of order, BMW sneaker rally, very comfortable and look great. Run a little big, but are a little narrow but still comfortable for my wide EE feet.

Navigation on the site is good, delivery is awful (since 13th October I didn’t receive my order yet, almost 3 weeks) and customer support is non-existent! I have contacted customer service to communicate that I moved to another address (as the parcel is taking so long) , I wanted to disclose the new delivery address. The answer of customer service was they can’t do anything as the parcel had already been handed to courtier! No comments on this!

The order is perfect but the site has limited information . When you look for a tailbag, it would be better to have a size indication. Also the tank bag for the S1000RR is still shown and even -15% indicated. But when you want to order it, it's no longer in stock and available in the future.
