Misleading T&C. A returned item will NOT be exchanged, only refunded (excluding shipping costs) , it will not be EXCHANGED. You will then re-incurr shipping costs for the item you want to replace the returned item.

Good products. However you should provide options of shipping the order via normal postal service. DHL is quite expensive and sometimes shipping cost via DHL is more than product cost (for India shipments). This prohibits me buying more from your website.
