Verified reviewPurchased the Vario cases for the GS1300 at a great price (£250 less than U.K BMW dealers. Regrettably I had not forseen the calculated import tax of £150 to deliver, so not quite the bargain i hoped for! Also one of the panniers was damaged in transit and I had to dismantle the damaged lid for return and replacement. I believe the replacement is on its way! Finally and my biggest mistake was not understanding that the lock barrels needs to be coded to the bike key. I did eventually do this but it's complicated and time consuming. In hindsight and reduce my stress level I should of gone to the BMW dealership and paid full price to supply and fit the cases (with coding the key barrels) and saved time. The service and communications though from BMW supplier in France (seller) was at least good.

Verified reviewExpensive. I paid $256.00 AUD for a cooling vest plus shipping, which took nearly a month to receive... I went to my local BMW MOTORRAD dealer today and the vests were on the shelf for $110 AUD. I can't say that I am overly impressed, and I will only purchase items here as a last resort from now on. The customer service was great with communication though.
