I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified review1 star: Everything was quite straightforward, 2 stars for excellent prices, options (not just black and white stuff), and quality of the merchandise. I ordered a helmet, but I ended up not buying it because it did not fit properly. I truly hope BMW addresses different fits in the future. 3 stars for delivery without issues or damage. 4 stars because people were responsive, heplpful and courteous to emails. Why not 5 stars - Return process was cumbersome. It would be easier if there was a return managed by BMW motonsud themselves and you just paid the return. Also you need to pay for the returns, but this is ok. - Delivery was not as fast and I had to reach out and ask when the package would be delivered (but I got fast and clear replies).

Verified reviewI ordered 3 items (luggage rack, single seat and crashbars) that came inside one package. Everything would be ok, except crash bars came in scratched and damaged. One of the sides were barely covered inside the box that caused the tear of the paint and it looks like it was already damaged before use. Still waiting for the update, but experience is not the best since i am not aware if i can use other items yet of kind of late response. If i get a change will update about further experience.
