I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewI purchased a crash helmet from BMW Europe and have been very happy with it and how the shop handled my order. They were very much cheaper than all the dealers in the UK and i saved around £100 so all in all im very happy. It took a few weeks to get it delivered but i was in no hurry and used my old BMW helmet in the meantime. I will definitely use them again when i need something B.M.W. I hate being ripped off here in the U.K. and have to pay through the nose so i'm now purchasing what i can abroad.
