Verified reviewUnfortunately, this situation gives the impression that purchasing a product through your website does not necessarily guarantee that the same product will actually be supplied. In my case, I purchased BMW Reference 65901598845, but I received BMW Reference 65905B88726, which I neither ordered nor agreed to purchase. What is even more concerning is that, after my purchase, the original product page for BMW Reference 65901598845 was removed from your website and replaced with a new listing at a higher price. From a customer's perspective, this creates the impression that the originally purchased product is not being supplied as agreed and is instead being replaced with a different product after the contract has already been concluded. Such a situation is extremely disappointing and undermines the confidence that customers should be able to place in an official BMW Motorrad retailer.
