Verified reviewWhile the product itself is high-quality, the packaging was completely unacceptable for such a delicate and expensive item. It was shipped in a basic plastic bag with absolutely no protective cardboard, bubble wrap, or padding. Shipping a premium, fragile item with zero protection is careless and risks damaging the product. I expect much better handling and packaging standards for a purchase of this value.

Verified reviewProduct terug sturen is te omslachtig, zeker als je een andere maat wilt,je moet dan wachten tot het opgestuurd product in Frankrijk aankomt en dan duurt het bijna nog een week voor je een voucher ontvangt om de dan de andere maat te kunnen bestellen met het risico dat je maat wat je wilt bestellen weg is. Een goede raad stuur je product terug met refund, en bestel dadelijk de maat die je wilt.

Verified reviewI am extremely disappointed with my experience. I have purchased several parts from you, but the service has become much worse than before. Communication is very poor, and my messages often go unanswered. My orders have been delayed for an unacceptably long time. One order arrived, but two others have been stuck in UK customs for about a month with no clear assistance or updates. On top of that, I was charged unexpectedly high shipping costs for the first time, and I also had to pay customs charges. As a loyal customer who has spent a considerable amount of money with your company, I expected much better customer service and support. Unfortunately, this experience has been very frustrating, and I hope you improve your communication, shipping process, and customer care.

Verified reviewAfter reading other reviews I was very sceptical about the speed of delivery etc, however, my item was despatched within 4 days and arrived a couple of days after (unfortunately incurring duty at UK customs).. The item I ordered was unfortunately the wrong one and I had to return it (at my expense). Within 3 days of receipt, my refund was complete.

Verified reviewAll smiles and very happy to help up to the point of delivery of the vehicle.Not receptive to hearing about any issues or concerns.There seems to be a generic response rather than listening and responding in a positive manner.The standard answer is that we looked at it but there is nothing we can do.That’s how they are.Example,l was not to happy with my r1300rs left mirror.It vibrated at legal speeds to the point where at 100kph it was not possible to see anything.The response was as mentioned above.We tightened it up,and that’s all we can do.My expectation would be be to at least change the mirror with one off another bike to see if the problem persists.In this modern world it is a reasonable expectation that both mirrors are vibration free,not one.It is also a safety and roadworthy expectation. I would think that it would be a benefit to understand such basic problems and fix them for future generations.

Verified reviewNavigating the site to find specific product KITS is absolutely awful. I managed to find the pannier racks, but it was not clear that there is a complete kit. I ended up with two orders, double the international shipping costs. I wish there would have been a measure of common sense applied...someone ordering both side racks LIKELY needs the kit!!!
