Verified reviewProduct was great, unfortunately the packaging was not protective enough and the luggage was dented on the top when it arrived. Luckily my Husband didn't mind too much. Ask for better packaging when ordering.

Verified reviewThe only problem I had was with the communication. The item was showing a record to be at shipping for about 10 days. Reaching to support, I only got an answer at the beginning of the wait, and all my oder emails with questions why the package is so long at the shipping department were ignored. Also, don't bother calling, I was on hold two times for over 40min and still did not speak with a person. At some point I thought this is a fraud. Then once of sudden, they shipped it and arrived within a couple of days. Totally unacceptable experience. Two stars for the price and the good stand of the item. I do not recommend.

Verified reviewI ordered a product for my R12 NineT. BMW Motorrad got it wrong, not once but twice and tried to tell me I ordered the wrong part. And then I had to pay to ship back and wait for refund. They also do not communicate well - you'll wait for weeks before hearing from them - I had to contact them to multiple times during the week to get a response.

Verified reviewThe website is fine, the prices are somewhat reasonable (on sale), the actual lead time is too long and the shipping cost is somewhat reasonable but the Duties and taxes are a nuisance. I understand this latter one is beyond your control, but perhaps you could integrate this into the overall price packkage?
