Verified reviewIt is very rare I leave reviews but unfortunately due to very poor aftersales service, I feel I need to make others aware. I ordered several aftermarket items and as with most BMW products, cant fault the quality. However there was a missing heel plate and approx. 2 weeks later and seven emails later, I have still not received the missing part or confirmation of delivery! I have been constantly chasing and at no time have BMW reassured me that the issue is being resolved and the missing item being sent out.

Verified reviewI first tried canceling the order because it was erroneously placed. They didn't apptove it which is fine because I was also told I could just not accept it. And I did just that. However at this point in time the delivery looks like it was delivered even though I declined it and I couldn't receive a full refund as a result. I am quite disappointed
