Verified reviewWhat makes this site bad is when an order goes wrong (incorrect item sent in my case), you have to reorder the item you wanted at your additional delivery cost, which means you pay twice for delivery. Customer services are unwilling to help the customer out!

Thanks, however, you won't be able to cure this issue unless your mistakes are paid at your expense, not the customers. What you will need to do in the type of scenario I experienced, is to change your policies so that the 'customer comes first' is reflected.

Verified reviewWasn’t particularly happy to find out after I made my purchase the products were coming from Spain! But from ordering to delivery took 7days including the weekend, which overall was pretty good. The only down side wasthe couriers updating of parcel tracking which was pretty poor and you don’t really have any idea when your parcel is arriving! But as I said earlier the parcel arrived in 7 days and was all good on delivery, lots of bad reviews about this company but for me it was ok! Not sure I would order again from this company because once you pay the £7.99 delivery I think I’d rather just pay a little more and get within a couple of days .
