Verified reviewDid not deliver my order despite me paying £16.99 for delivery. Had to pick up a heavy bike from post office which isn't easy without a car while pushing 2 small children in a double buggy. Tracking info unavailable to arrange redelivery. Customer service did not respond to me. Will not use again.

Hello, you are welcome. Just a small note for possible improvement. I didn't have the option to see the prices and pay in EUR (or another currency), only in CZK. Yes, unfortunately EUR is the currency in the CZ, but many residents also have bank accounts in foreign currencies. Best regards, Martin
