Hello Rael, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about your experience with us. This type of feedback allows us to identify what we are doing well and in which aspects we need to have a look at to improve our customers' experience. However, we are aware of the return costs and continually reflect on them, but we have decided to charge for returns to avoid excessive returns and thus reduce transport and environmental impacts. Free returns are only offered if an incorrect, defective, incomplete or different item from what is published on our website has been delivered. Feel free to contact our customer service team by sending an email to support@tradeinn.com if you have any concerns or comments. Thanks and best regards
