Verified reviewThis was my 3rd order from Aubade & won’t be my last. A girlfriend told me about them and how the bras have a wonderful cut which gives a lovely line, unlike the somewhat frumpy bras we tend to be offered in the U.K. I used the French girl method to measure myself then as I have before, ( have lost weight & some breast along with it) ordered a selection of sizes, half of which were perfect. The other half I returned & received my accurate refund for. If you are a lady with a loss of upper breast I would highly recommend trying the Rosessence spacer bra, so comfortable, youthful lines & pretty lace detail around the strap and back.

Verified reviewThe products themselves are exquisite, and worth a small amount of difficulty to obtain. My only real concern is that the size charts are a bit confusing and don't necessarily correspond to the size options. For example, waist cinchers are offered in size s, m, l and xl; on the size chart, the only place that gives sizes in that format is the uk/us sizing. Therefore, when I selected s, I thought I was choosing uk/us s. The item I received was a FR size s, which is actually a uk/us xs. If the size options had been labelled the same as they were on the size chart, I would have selected the correct size the first time and would not have had to go through the trouble of returning and reordering the item. The return process ended up being relatively simple, but you can't really look at the return process instructions before you go through the process. There is still no record of the return on my account, but it did go through. The process would have been less stressful if you could view the instructions beforehand, and if the account reflected some acknowledgement of the return as it was being processed. Of course, the whole return process could have been avoided the sizes were given more clearly.

Verified reviewI find that the website presents some challenges. I had multiple issues (as apparently others did) in the site directing me to different country sites almost on every page. Very frustrating, but I did receive prompt replies from customer service who confirmed the issues and I eventually could complete my order after a couple of attempts. Both my wife and I (who buys 95% of her Aubade articles) feel a strong connection and loyalty to the brand.
