Verified reviewI seem to always have a problem when ordering with Aubade. I either have my parcel delivered to a wrong address, and have to reorder, or I have to chase my order because for days, sometimes weeks, it’s not been boxed up and sent. The delivery, is always late. When I’ve had to return an item, I’ve not received a refund. I am still waiting for a refund for two items I sent back in 2020, we’re now in 2022. It’s s shame, this kind of service lets the company down. I love Aubade underwear but I will never order through the company again. I’ll find a stockist elsewhere.

Verified reviewThe product is great as my girlfriend loves it. But the delivery was poor. First the 10% discount was not applied nor would Aubade credit this back. Secondly it took over two weeks to deliver. It was not until I complained that action was undertaken.
