I am very happy with my lingerie. The lingerie is always beautiful and fits very well. I feel it as a pity that you do not get much information about the shipping time and when it will arrive. If that could be more then 5 stars is for Aubade not even enough.

The products are lovely but the fact you have to pay international postage to send any returns back is outrageous. The fact then that it takes three weeks to receive the refund as you do not have sufficient resource is unacceptable. I will not place any further orders for this reason. If you had a UK returns address I would buy many more things.

Really bad service - I still haven’t received the refund after a month I had to pay for the return which no brand does No possibility to communicate with customer supper only emails delayed by several days The bras received looked fake and I have many bras from aubade but there looses as if they are copied somewhere cheep
