Verified reviewAs an intl buyer with a Paris address, I struggled to check out for 2 days. After payment, my order took 2 days to move out to delivery. As if this is not enough, chronopost couldn't manage to deliver till today, after 4 days for what they claim is 'road closure'. CS of lmdw kept repeating genetic feedback. I have no idea where my order is currently

Verified reviewThe ordering process was fine but very disappointed to find that the packaging of the whisky was badly damaged. Important as it was a first release whisky and purchased for a whisky collection.
