I ordered two bottles of whiskey with a total value of 144 euros. I paid with my credit card and the payment went through but the order was not validated and we never received the bottles. I contacted the company several times to get a refund but with no success. So, they basically stole 144 euros from my bank account. Terrible customer service.

Good service. It will be better if this house has a bit more choice in Japanese whiskies.

Sticker prices are generally 10% higher than on competing sites in the Netherlands, but shipping is free beginning at 130€ and there is not additional fee to pay via PayPal, and service is top-notch. So, in the end, it's well worth it.

The whole process from seaching, selecting, changing delivery address, posting to delivery was so easy and first class. Translation from french to english was spot on. Have bought from here before and will use again to send whisky to some of my most favourite relatives.

Bought a bottle of Drambuie for a Paris friend. Was very pleased to find Maison du Whisky, which made this idea possible as Brexit has made sending items so difficult. It was straightforward to order and have delivered to my friend, which happened very quickly. Will use them again for future gifts for my friends in Paris.
