Reply from Viadurini.co.uk

Dear Customer, we are really sorry to receive this negative review, especially because we do not have any records of emails from you where you tell us that you hadn't received the order yet. We weren't aware of the delay and we had no chance to intervene earlier. We are really sorry! However, we have now contacted the courier and they told us that the order has reached the warehouse of the local correspondent recently. They are waiting to know when they can arrange the delivery to you and they will call you to communicate the day. We can keep in touch though. We'll let you know as soon as we have news! Again apologies for the wait. Best Regards, Viadurini Team

product is great, VERY heavy. Assembly instructions were generic and I used some bolts with shorter threads to screw the top tightly to the frame, but the pieces were as desired.

Aún no hemos recibido el reloj pero ya nos han explicado lo que debemos hacer en caso de recepción con envoltorio roto , que suenen piezas sueltas etc ... cosa que agradezco de antemano . Pienso que ha sido una buena elección .
