I like to ask lots of questions even after seeing the car, and all were replied too immediately 99% of the time. Zeeshan was great, and although I do realise it's part of his job, he was very professional and covered all queries in great detail. I was purchasing without viewing the car as Bristol Street Motors is around 350 miles from my home. The car itself arrived as planned and I was completely satisfied, all details right down to checking alloys for a scratch were taken care of by Zeeshan prior to arrival, I would be more than happy dealing with Bristol Street again, the service was impressive!

They listened to our specific needs and budget constraints and sourced the perfect vehicle for us. Also, arranged part exchange of our vehicle and arranged our finance plan. Each step in the process was carefully explained and we were supported by the Sales team in completing all the relevant documentation in a timely manner . The vehicle was transferred down, to enable us to view and test drive. The whole process was slick, efficient and effortless from start to finish. Our new vehicle was presented to us in pristine condition. The finance and service packages were completed with the aid of our Salesman, nothing was too much for anyone. We also purchased a 3 year service and tyre care plan. We can't recommend Bristol Street Motors highly enough and our very happy with our purchase and the support of the competent, professional team.
