Verified reviewHaving purchased my pervious car (which was also my first car) from BSM Widnes nine years ago, I had a fantastic experience when purchasing my new car. The website is easy to navigate and find current car at each dealership along with information about the car. Then following a visit to the dealership, where I received a warm welcome and was well looked after throughout, all the information about purchasing the car was provided and details where thoroughly explained. After a test drive, with the option of having a member of the dealership occupancy or not, all the financing information was provided and ready when I returned and the following steps to get financed and ready to purchase was straightforward and walked through each step as needed. Trading in my previous car was straightforward and well explained, as to how the valuation was reached. I felt that the offer on my car was a fair an accurate amount for its age and condition. I was able to collect the car the following morning and the whole transaction of collecting my new car and handing over my old one was completed in a timely manor and the process was efficient and friendly. Having visited competitors to decide on which new car I would purchase, the service from BSM was excellent. Having bought my previous car from them nine years ago and with nine years of servicing and MOTS from BSM, as well as family members buying from them, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to by a used car.
