Verified reviewThe experience at Bristol Street Motors Citroen Burton was great. The team there were polite and came back to my online enquiry in a timely fashion. The test drive allowed us to get a feel of the car in different settings - i.e. in town and on a motorway. Our sales rep, Aaron, was very clear in his explanations of finance packages and extended warranties. While he was firm (as one would expect of sales persons) he did not put undue pressure on us. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience.

I was a bit apprehensive visiting a big dealership to purchase a car, but my experience throughout was handled professionally. Any concerns I had were dealt with in an efficient manner. Ali was very attentive during the sale of car, and wasn't pushy at all. Harry and Adnan helped to put my mind at ease with any questions or concerns. Very friendly environment and liked that I could have a bit of banter with the staff.

Verified reviewService was very good, bur since getting the car home I noticed it has broken glass everywhere, where you wind the windows down is green like moss and when I vacuumed the seats, yo can see where it is soiled and the jack is missing and there is no puncture kit. Presume that the windows were smashed and the rain has got in?

Another employee came out to us as we first arrived as we looked at the used corsas (sorry forgot his name) and found Billy for us they ouldnt be more accommodating to us and have been raving about them since.
