Verified reviewI am chuffed to bits with my used VW Tiguan. There was no pressure selling no sales man following you round the cars - I then got a sales person to give me the details of a few cars I was interested in and finally settled on one I wanted to test drive. Went through the part ex price for my car which at the time they had a offer on so I got £500 more than I would normally and £500 off the price of the car I bought. Sorted the finance for the remaining value fo the car - all sorted in a couple of hours. And I got 1 Years warranty.

Verified reviewI found a car I liked in Skipton, a long way from my home, vertu of Skipton, kindly sent over a close up video of the car. I travelled up the next day and purchased the car, Jonathan the sales rep was very personable and attended to my questions. There were marks on the upholstery so he got the interior cleaned again whilst the purchase was taking place. My after sale experience was very good, I had an issue with the interior of the car smelling damp, straight away Jonathan resolved that by agreeing to reimburse me for a deep clean of the car, this was dealt with very quickly. All in all a good experience at vertu Skipton
