The vertu website is good to use, the filters are easy to select and helps narrow down your requirements with vehicles available. However, some of the details are not correct for the specific vehicle, an error was made on the description of the car I chose it stated it had a panoramic roof when it did not, this was copied and pasted from another vehicle. The customer service from the Vertu team (Nathan) were good they did not push and listened to what I wanted and needed from them.
