Verified reviewGood service and well presented cars, However they do push the extra insurance options such as bodywork and tyres etc so make sure it's what you want. I think it's ok but it does add to the overall cost so is worth serious consideration.. Would I use them again? Yes.

Verified reviewMy experience at Vertu Nissan Chesterfield was positive because, Sam Nuttall was great to deal with, he was very friendly and made sure we were aware of all the options available to us and explained them in detail to allow us to choose the correct options for us, he was also great with the aftercare and has been a great help with the delivery issues and has followed it through to help get the required work done to ensure we were completely happy with the car. Verified reviewAfter extensive research into cars that could meet my very specific requirements and budget, I decided that a second hand Škoda Karoq SE L was the right choice. I also carried out detailed research into various car sales vendors, which unfortunately ruled out several sellers closer to me. However, my research into VERTU Ford Wigan (Bristol Street Motors) 30 Miles away gave me confidence that they were a suitable place to purchase the advertised vehicle. As a quality engineer, I tend to ask very in depth and technical questions. During my visit, the salesperson, John C, provided all the documented evidence I requested and answered every question professionally and to my satisfaction. When certain details weren’t immediately available — particularly around software updates — he even contacted Škoda directly to obtain accurate information. This was my first time purchasing a car through a dealer, and the entire process from initial enquiry to vehicle collection was a genuinely positive experience. The added bonus of Ford’s three day drive away insurance was a great touch and made the handover even smoother. Overall, a very good experience.

Verified reviewThe Rotherham site is very tight. But the sales guys did the best they could with the space available. When I picked up the car it was teaming it down which made explaining the workings of the car difficult. But I went back a couple of days later when it was dryer. So all was good
