Verified reviewGreat service at outset. Friendly not pushy, everything explained in detail. Car delivered in excellent condition. Encountered couple of problems. First, I asked for information to be sent to me and that was never done. I had to chase and then only received at the last minute when I was due to pay. Secondly, the mileage on the car was not as advertised or on the paperwork. Was higher. Difference in value was refunded and free service offerred after I expressed dissatisfaction. This tainted the otherwise good service. Jessica Graves was a pleasure to deal with - an asset to the company.
