Verified reviewGood customer service via email and product received quickly. Dropped a star because the item was a replacement, the previous one broke after only 2 years. Not just mine either as my neighbour bought one at the same time and his has also failed (he isn’t replacing).

Verified reviewPrompt delivery. Excellent quality product. Only niggle is the nylon cover rivetted in the last link makes it a bit fiddly to get into the padlock sometimes. Other than that very pleased with my purchase.

Verified reviewAlthough everything I have purchased from Ultra Secure has been good with fast delivery. I did ask a question using the online form and have not had a reply in last seven days, I made my own enquiry with an electrician purchased the part and fitted and working yet still no reply?
