Products are simply great, they look amazing and work how they supposed to. I still have an old model from my grandparents, it is decades old and that still work's great, so this is what real durable products look like.

I received the package, one of the grinders won't open, tight too close or defective. After multiple attempts to contact support they still haven't gotten in contact with me.

The product is amazing. Very high quality, it will definitely last for years. The only thing is that the size is misleading in the sense that it doesn’t hold as much pepper as it looks like it would. The upper portion has to hold the motor and battery components. I use mine everyday and I get about 5-7 days when full of peppercorns.
