Verified reviewThe site was extremely slow at times, making searching and filtering frustrating. However, the shipping/delivery was reasonably prompt and we are very happy with the pepper mill we ordered.

Verified reviewI was given a Peugeot pepper mill as a gift several years ago and wanted to match it with a salt grinder but, as I was buying them years apart, I wasn’t sure of the model to order. Céline in customer services was fantastic from the beginning of my enquiry all the way to the after care once the item had been delivered. Both items are different shades though they are the same Model - she explained to me about the Patina process and they will match over time but offered an exchange if I preferred. A customer focussed service - rare to find and very much appreciated.

Verified reviewVery good. The Tahiti salt and pepper mills are splendid. High quality and great appearance. Unfortunately, there's a small chip on the bottom rim of the pepper mill. It isn't visible when the mill's on the table.

Verified reviewI was pleased to find the charger needed for my Elis Corkscrew online having mislaid the original. I was even more pleased with the efficiency of the ordering process and, ultimately, the speed with which the item was delivered from France.

Verified reviewTerrible company. Received email to say my order being held at customs, asking me to pay £30 in taxes. I have replied and sent several emails to which they do not reply. As I cannot get a response from them, I have contacted my credit card to check if this is a Scam.
