Verified review£120 for a salt mill and there were imperfections in the material of the silver plated sections. I would expect much better quality control at this price level. My salt grinder from the supermarket for £4.99 was faultless. For an £120 per mill I’d expect faultless quality. I am still waiting to hear back from customer services as of how to organise a replacement after I already had to wait two weeks for the initial delivery. So far, I am not impressed to say the least.

Verified reviewNO OPTION TO CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER, CUSTOMER EMAIL RESPONSE TAKES A WEEK OR SO. I ordered 2 pepper mills instead of 1 pepper one salt, i quickly realised my mistake (10 minutes) but there was no way of cancelling the order and reordering, or changing the order. It was clearly before shipping or handling. Even cheap sites have this option built in already, - not here. So, i had to wait to actually get the wrong product to be shipped, only to send it back. Extra hassle. Then i wrote to customer service, as on the site there are slight color differences between same-named products like the forest green salt mills- to see if thats the case, still waiting for the reply after 6 days. Also never got instructions on how to return the item.

Verified reviewJust bought salt and pepper mills which aren't the quality product I expected for te price paid. This is due to the grinding action rather than the look and feel. I've enquired to customer services about a resolution or refund so I guess we'll see what they say? No issues with the sale process or website.
