These were expensive and not worth the money. The salt grinder has never worked properly. I've tried different kinds of salt and contacted the company repeatedly, providing photos and an explanation. I feel they are dragging their feet about resolving this issue.

Product is spot on but delivery tracking leaves a lot to be desired, I placed 2 orders and in both cases to start with the online tracking showed very little in the way of updates other than repeated statements to the effect that the courier had my parcel, then I got a message saying delivery had been delayed by a couple of days. The parcels both turned up the day before the revised delivery dates given. Luckily I was in on both occasions.

Terrible customer service. Proving very difficult to return items as no return information included with order. Company have not responded to several emails I’ve sent asking for instructions on how to return. Extremely frustrating situation that currently seems impossible to resolve. Complete lack of communication from the company.
