Verified reviewThe product looks very nice, feels very nice, and works very well. The only downside is that the little knob on the top, which is meant for determining the coarseness of the pepper, tends to come loose simply by using the pepper mill. Even though I am using it by grinding clockwise, whilst the little knob tightens counter clockwise.
