Verified reviewI have received a Columbus solar shower. The shower is very poor quality and really isn't fit for purpose. On top of that there are several dual. Trekkinn refuse to let me return it and are asking me to go to Columbus. Columbus do not reply and I've now been dealing with the for 3 weeks. I have just about had enough of this thieving company. I have had to get PayPal involved and still they are digging their heels in and refusing point blank to help. I just hope now PayPal will make a quick decision so this can be over. I feel completely exhausted and stressed out over what should have been an easy task. Never in my life have I had a retailer that doesn't recognise UK law and allow a simple return of an item that someone is unhappy with. Please do not but from this company. They do not acre about customers. Their customer service is like talking to a brick wall. So of you want to be rippe dof, shop here. I you want weeks of arguing something that should have been a simple exercise, shop here. If you want a nice company with good policies and good customer service, try another retailer that upholds your rights. Never will I give this company any money ever again. I'm absolutely disgusted. It's not like it's high priced item either. But I certain can't afford to lose £36.

Colombus DOES NOT REPLY! Your terms & conditions do not supercede English Law under which you have to operate when selling in this country. So your terms and conditions mean nothing under UK Law. Please set up a return.

Verified reviewI have been wearing Salomon boots for over 10 years for work. A new pair every year and I must say these are the worst I've bought. They are very slim fitting a first for me in the Salomon boots. The sides of the boots don't come as far round to lace up as all the other boots I've had. I have fat legs and these boots literally only meet the tongue of the boot. I wear these boots Monday to Friday 8 to 8 and have never had a problem with any of my Salomon boots over the years but these just dont cut it at all. . Other than that they were easy to order online and arrived 7 days later
