Jag köpte en telefon av dem och jag gillade den inte och jag ville lämna tillbaka den samma dag som jag fick den, men när du vill lämna tillbaka något ber den dig att logga in, och när du försöker logga in, det lyckas aldrig Det står alltid att det är ett fel på kontot som du angett eller lösenordet, även om jag är säker på dem, och därmed förlorar du din returrätt Du betalar för en produkt som du inte gillar eller som är dåligt och inte uppfyller specifikationerna. Detta är första gången jag köper från dem och det kommer att vara min sista.

Verified reviewI ordered a Russell Hobbs Lunar Kettle in Red. This colour is not sold in the UK so I was pleased to find a UK website which was able to import one from Spain. The delivery time frame was about two weeks which was fine and it duly arrived on time. The kettle was supplied with an EU plug as advertised but I was surprised that they included an adapter in the box as well. I was kept informed of the staus of my order and I can only give techINN a top rating. Would definitely use them again.
