Verified reviewThe delivery was on time and so I'm quite happy with that part of the service. However, I ordered the wrong size and had to return the item. The return label was expensive (£11) and with the return address being outside the UK you need to print a commercial invoice to put on the box.

Verified reviewThe prices (of ski boots) and selection are really good. SnowInn continues to irritate the traditional UK retailers who are more and more reluctant to help people fit boots that they've purchased elsewhere! The main consistent negative is the delivery estimate you get - my experience is that delivery to the UK actually happens 2 - 3 days after the delivery promise you get.

I held off submitting in case a resolution occurred to my query, but their customer service since has promoted a downgrading to my review. In short, I was excited to find exactly the product I wanted at a competitive price, and the delivery time was reasonable. It arrived well packaged and on time, however was the wrong colour. Since then I have sent 11 emails (and counting) to attempt to identify a solution. I am not confident that they ever had the right colour, and asked for a stock check of the original item before I went through the rigmarole of returning an item only to be left with nothing (I would rather have something than nothing at this point so close to the trip I needed it for). They don’t exchange incorrectly sent items so I would have had to return it for a refund and reorder, however the item I wanted is no longer appearing on searches on the website, which does not bode well, and the sale is of course over. I was pushed into shifting my query from their general customer service email query line (which I presume has a decent SLA for reply time as emails were prompt) where I suspect seven or eight different people responded to my query, none really reading the string or getting what I was asking for, to a return request (‘The return department will look into it and they will let you know about it.’). I now have a generic return generated that I don’t need, and still no one actually reading my email and answering my question. Product received: not as advertised. Customer services: quick but useless.
